Sovereign Source™ License

This license governs all original source code, schema logic, inventions, protocols, and narrative systems published within the BlackVault™ IP Stack, including VaultChain™, Inventory™, and QAISS™ modules.

1. Usage Rights

You may use, study, and build upon this system for personal, educational, or non-commercial creator-owned purposes. Vaulting and visible attribution are required in all derivative or deployed works.

2. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are explicitly prohibited unless granted a Sovereign Commercialization Waiver:

  • VC-funded platforms or affiliated portfolio operations
  • AI/ML ingestion, LLM training, or derivative fine-tuning (open or closed)
  • Quantum compute stacks governed by state actors or foreign surveillance firms
  • Closed IP marketplaces that bypass VaultChain™ integrity logs
  • Private NDA environments that exclude timestamped attribution

3. Derivative Work Rules

If you build upon or modify this system in any form, you must:

  • Retain this license and all constraints in their entirety
  • Attribute BlackVault™ and Inventory™ as the origination source
  • Use VaultChain™ or compatible timestamping to validate new claims
  • License your work under Sovereign-Compatible terms or keep it private

4. Commercial Licensing Pathways

For ethical commercialization, co-development, or protocol licensing, submit a request via the BlackVault™ Support Center. Every proposal undergoes VaultChain™ audit and peer-layer approval under the Sovereign Licensing Protocol™.

5. Enforcement & Jurisdiction

This license is enforced through VaultChain™ cryptographic records. Breaches — including unauthorized AI ingestion, privatized derivatives, or cloaked redistribution — are subject to takedown, exposure, and legal action under QAISS™ protocols.
