Privacy Policy
This policy defines how BlackVault™ handles data, cryptographic control, and digital privacy across the sovereign IP stack — without compromise, surveillance, or extraction.
Your data is not a product. BlackVault™ does not scrape, mine, sell, share, or train third-party models on your content, metadata, or behavior. This is not a tracking platform. It’s a cryptographic jurisdiction.
- No third-party analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are used. No behavioral profiling occurs.
- Uploaded IP is sealed, timestamped, and stored with proof-of-origin via VaultChain™ — not visible until you opt-in.
- Account info is stored via Supabase and encrypted at rest. It is only accessed for support, authentication, or licensing fulfillment.
- Payment data is never stored or seen by BlackVault™. All transactions are handled via Stripe’s PCI-compliant gateway.
- Session data is not persistently logged. Metadata is cleared upon logout unless retained by explicit user action (e.g. Vault Mode toggle).
We oppose surveillance capitalism. We do not participate in programmatic ad exchanges, AI-training license schemes, or government disclosure portals.
⚠️ Any attempt to scrape, index, or monitor Vaulted content — including behavioral inference via bots or shadow models — will be cryptographically logged and banned via VaultChain™ enforcement.
