How VaultOnly Works
Understand the logic, flow, and legal alignment behind the VaultOnly™ protocol and your role inside the ecosystem.
Step-by-Step Vaulting Flow
- Choose your role: VaultOnly, Creator, or Investor.
- Upload your invention — it’s encrypted and private by default. No public exposure.
- A secure timestamp is generated at the time of upload (proof of authorship).
- Later, you can unlock, license, or accept offers depending on your path.
- No pressure, no visibility leaks — VaultOnly gives you time to think and proof to act.
Private by default. No one sees your work unless you unlock it. Ideal for inventors at early or unfinished stages.
Ready to go public? Get listed, receive licensing offers, and publish on your terms.
Browse sealed and licensed work. Fund early, secure equity or royalty terms before mass adoption.
Common Questions & Objections
“Why upload my invention? Isn’t that public disclosure?”
No. VaultOnly is a private vault — not a public showcase. Your upload is invisible to others and timestamped for future legal use.
“Timestamps aren’t legally binding after AIA.”
They aren't patents, but they prove authorship. VaultOnly helps in proving derivation and intent if your idea is later copied.
“Platform owner can access vaults — that’s not sovereign.”
True sovereignty is the goal. Current data is admin-hidden; cryptographic zero-access is on the roadmap.
“Who are you? No contact, no entity, no accountability.”
Built by Ricardo Mariscal. Contact page, founder page, and legal filings are all in progress or live.
“This feels AI-generated. Who’s behind the code?”
All system architecture, IP, and legal logic is human-built. AI assisted text editing — not code design.
“This feels like vaporware.”
Inventory™ is already functional. Supabase, Stripe, role-based flows, and Discord are live. No hype, just building.
